Co-crystallization
This is our first sweetener that applies our proprietary co-crystallization technology. Here, erthritol and stevia are mixed while they are in their liquid form while at a molecular level. While the residual water is removed, the bitter components are also removed from the sweetener, leaving only the sugar like crystals.
